I recently had my first appointment with Tammy and had a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my appointment started promptly which I really appreciated.
The service itself was very thorough and included a wash and drying. Throughout the visit she made sure I was comfortable, even offering me snacks and water.

What stood out most for me was how she took the time to answer all of my questions about the condition and health of my hair. I’ve had concerns based on past experiences with previous hair stylists but she reassured me that my locs are thriving and in great shape, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. My experience at Natural Beauty Lounge was nothing short of amazing!! Tammy is professional and very down to earth. The location of the salon is near eateries and is clean. She accessed my hair during the consult and explained everything in detail as to what she would be doing for my microloc install. I appreciated her communication with me leading up to my install date. I will be making the ride for retie and maintenance as I live 2 and a half hours away. Its worth it!!!!
