The service itself was very thorough and included a wash and drying. Throughout the visit she made sure I was comfortable, even offering me snacks and water.

What stood out most for me was how she took the time to answer all of my questions about the condition and health of my hair. My experience at Natural Beauty Lounge was nothing short of amazing!! Tammy is professional and very down to earth. The location of the salon is near eateries and is clean. She accessed my hair during the consult and explained everything in detail as to what she would be doing for my microloc install.
